Ricoh has recently announced the latest additions to its Pro series of products; the Pro C720 and Pro C720S. The two new colour systems are tailored to meet the production levels and price sensitivity of the light production market.

 The new Pro C720/720S perfectly complement the successful Pro C900 series and are targeted at businesses such as print on demand production houses, corporate print rooms and commercial printers taking their first step into digital colour. They print at a rate of 72ppm for colour and mono with no slow down for heavy media. Exceptional image quality and colour accuracy are provided thanks to the 1200dpi print resolution and wide gamut toners.Large media supplies of up to 11,000 sheets from seven sources mean that print runs can be continuous without being interrupted by replenishing - very beneficial for those high demand businesses.  

Both machines come with a variety of professional finishing options including 100 sheet stapling, 2/4 hole punch finisher, Z-fold unit, GBC StreamPunch, professional booklet making and hi-capacity stackers. A large LCD display brings the printing, scanning and copying controls to the user, while on-the-fly toner replacement, air assisted LCTs, double feed detection and a purge tray ensure the minimum of operator intervention and production delays.
